Refund policy

At PRANOHE, we strive to provide a premium shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds  
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items received by the customer.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video  
Customers must record a clear continuous opening/unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Shipping label
- Product condition
- Complete opening process

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or support.

3. Reporting an Issue  
Any issue regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video
- Clear product photos
- Order number and details

4. Non-Returnable Items  
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Products reported after the allowed timeframe

5. Refund Process  
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Replacement Policy  
Eligible replacement requests will be processed based on product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.

7. Order Cancellation  
Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges  
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by PRANOHE.

9. Fraud Prevention & Verification  
PRANOHE reserves the right to reject any refund, replacement, or return request if fraudulent activity, misuse, suspicious claims, or insufficient proof is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability  
PRANOHE shall not be responsible for delays, damages, losses, or delivery issues caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
